Connection issues

My connection issues have been going on a week now and I can't stay online more than a few minutes, I called tech support and spent ages on the phone only for them to say they's have to pass it on the faults department and I'd hear what was happening in a few days.

So if I'm not around, don't worry, I'm just tearing my hair out at lack of internet.

Leo is still fighting his flu bug. He still stays by the radiator and is very unsteady on his feet but is more alert than he was.
