“It gladdens my heart that we can find time at last to sit on a wall in the sun to share our tales,” said Faramir.
“For a tall green man, you have many tales to tell,” said Frodo.
“Tall green man?”
“Begging your pardon, Captain Faramir, that is how we saw you when we first met,” said Sam.
Faramir threw back his head and laughed. “Maybe you are not far from the mark, my friend. Our people have a legend that the green man makes all things grow and my dream is now to turn fair Ithilien into a garden.”
