Life of Luxury?
Rating G
These characters all belong to the estate of J.R.R. Tolkien. This story was written for pleasure and not for financial gain.
Aragorn leaned back against the soft cushions on the luxurious couch made by Gondor’s finest craftsmen. Beside him on an elegant table, stood a glass of fine wine and a plate of comfits. The room in which he sat was decorated with skilfully woven tapestries, which Arwen had brought from Rivendell.
As King, he had every luxury and comfort he could desire. Yet something was missing- green. How the former Ranger missed the woods and fields of his former life!
Aragorn rose from the couch. He would go riding that afternoon and see the fields and trees he longed for.
