Smiling is something that is understood by everyone, regardless of culture, race, or religion; it is internationally known. There can be many kinds of smile - it can be spontaneous or artificial, a little smirk or vibrant laughter, it an be friendly, pleased, but also menacing or sad. A smile brightens every face, and it is even more precious in the faces of those, who had to overcome a lot of hardship in life. I am sure it will look this precious on the faces of our heroes - Aragorn and Legolas. So put a smile on their face!
Unlike a picture, your story should not only feature someone smiling, but have this smile as one of its key elements. What difference in a story can make a little smile in the right place? Maybe a little kindness to a stranger that tilts the scales, or the smile of a loved one, remembered in a dark time... It can be anyone's smile, not only Aragorn's or Legolas'. What would Aragorn do for Arwen's smile? Or maybe Legolas for the smile of his father?
The deadline for this challenge is October 25th. If you need an extension, let us know! (We do not bite.)
