As a Ranger, Aragorn’s possessions were few; warm clothes and stout boots; a broken sword and an ancient ring.
Now he dwelt in the City of his forefathers and his possessions were more than any man could count. He ruled over a vast realm; the crown and sceptre were his; armies were at his beck and call, while servants catered for his every whim.
He knew though, he was but the latest custodian of Gondor’s priceless treasures.
It was when he beheld his beloved Arwen, his fair children and his faithful friends, that Aragorn felt wealthy beyond his wildest dreams.
