“Boromir?” Faramir sleepily opened his eyes.

“Were you dreaming again?”

“I saw the King beneath the White Tree.”

“A fair dream for a midsummer night, but not something you should mention to father. He would think you quite mad!”

Faramir sighed sadly. In these dark days only dreams kept him sane.
