WRITER'S MEME: Sometimes it's ok to blow your own trumpet. Post a list of the top five favorite fics you've written, regardless of fandom or the reason you love them. This isn't about the BEST things you've written, but what you LOVE most. Then tag five other people to do the same.

Facing the Darkness - This was my first Aragorn and Faramir story in which I grew to love Faramir(i've loved Aragorn for very many years). This also the first story of mine, that Raksha reviewed and she has become a  cherished friend and collaborator.

Burden of Guilt- This was my first novel length story and contains a great deal of angst and hurt/comfort, which I  confess I love writing. It also contains my first attempts at writing comedy and the births of Aragorn and Faramir's firstborns.I also grew to love Arwen while writing this story.

At the Rising of the Moon - This is one of my few stories, which is full of humour and sweetness and light.I like to think it shows Aragorn and Faramir's devotion to their wives as well as to each other. The story was inspired by a review of Raksha's for "Web of Treason". It still makes me feel warm and fuzzy when I read it and I was thrilled it won the MC Humour Award, came second at MEFAand was accepted at HASA ! I even managed to include a walk on part for my cat ,Leo in it!

Web of Treason  I cannot say, I actually like this story, but I feel it is perhaps my best story to date, mainly thanks to Raksha's intervention when I got stuck half way through.I was pleased I managed to build a very complex plot and explore some difficult moral issues within a fanfic.I managed to avoid a conventional happy ending.

A Time to Reap My current work in progress, in which I'm trying  again to explore some deep themes in the context of a fanfic.I feel the ups and downs of Aragorn and Faramir's friendship are resolved in this story as they realise they love each other as father and son and nothing can change that. I'm also having great fun working closely with Raksha on this story.

These are currently my favourites, but I cannot say my answer would be the same if you asked me next month or even next week.
