Simarillion

I finished reading the Simarillion today after it had gathered dust on my bookshelf for 20 years or more.

The HASA Yahoo group were reading it,a chapter a week which encouraged me to try.

I was surprised at how bad some of the Elves were as they come across as so perfect in LOTR.

I most enjoyed reading about Aragorn's ancestors.
